- 9 chicken thighs
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 potatoes
- Season with salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp dry or fresh chives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 115g (4oz) Cheese
- Parsley for garnishing
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, black pepper, honey, and season with salt.
- Coat chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Slice the potatoes and add to the baking dish.
- Sprinkle chives over the chicken and potatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with cheese and parsley before serving.
