- 4 eggs
- 200g castor sugar
- 250g dark cooking chocolate
- 250g salted butter
- 125g all-purpose flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 315g white and milk chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Combine melted chocolate mixture with eggs and sugar.
- Sift in flour and cocoa powder, fold gently.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
