Chocolate Brownies

Fudgy, gooey quadruple chocolate brownies with a crackly top, perfect for fall.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200g castor sugar
- 250g dark cooking chocolate
- 250g salted butter
- 125g all-purpose flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 315g white and milk chocolate chips
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together.

In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Combine melted chocolate mixture with eggs and sugar.

Sift in flour and cocoa powder, fold gently.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into a greased baking pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out with moist crumbs.

Allow to cool before slicing.
