- 125 g butter
- 150 g bittersweet chocolate
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- handful of white chocolate chunks
- 150 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Melt the butter.
- Melt the chocolate in the butter.
- Whisk the eggs and brown sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the vanilla sugar.
- Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture.
- Add in a handful of white chocolate chunks.
- Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 18 minutes.
