  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g bittersweet chocolate
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
  • handful of white chocolate chunks
  • 150 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Method

11 steps
  1. Prepare a lined baking tin or air-fryer-safe baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter gently in a saucepan.
  3. Add the bittersweet chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Whisk the eggs, brown sugar and vanilla sugar until pale and creamy.
  5. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly, then gradually mix it into the eggs.
  6. Combine the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  7. Fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until no dry patches remain.
  8. Fold in the white chocolate chunks.
  9. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish.
  10. Bake at 160°C for 18 minutes.
  11. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing.
