  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 160 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 120 g chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 200 g sweetened whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Method

7 steps
  1. Beat the eggs, vanilla, and sugar with an electric mixer for at least 8 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy and elastic.
  2. Add the flour and cocoa powder, and gently fold them in one direction so that the eggs do not lose their volume.
  3. Bake the cake in a 30×40cm baking dish at 200°C (390°F) for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Allow the cake to slightly cool, then cut it into 8 to 10 cm circles using a cutter.
  5. Spoon one heaping tablespoon of melted chocolate onto parchment paper, then place the cake pieces on top of it.
  6. Lightly moisten the cake pieces with milk, shape them into tacos, and let sit for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  7. Fill the inside of the tacos with your desired filling, such as whipped cream and chocolate chips.
