- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 160 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 120 g chocolate
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 200 g sweetened whipped cream (optional)
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Method
7 steps- Beat the eggs, vanilla, and sugar with an electric mixer for at least 8 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy and elastic.
- Add the flour and cocoa powder, and gently fold them in one direction so that the eggs do not lose their volume.
- Bake the cake in a 30×40cm baking dish at 200°C (390°F) for 8-10 minutes.
- Allow the cake to slightly cool, then cut it into 8 to 10 cm circles using a cutter.
- Spoon one heaping tablespoon of melted chocolate onto parchment paper, then place the cake pieces on top of it.
- Lightly moisten the cake pieces with milk, shape them into tacos, and let sit for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Fill the inside of the tacos with your desired filling, such as whipped cream and chocolate chips.
