Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients

  • sausage
  • bacon
  • mild cheddar cheese
  • gouda cheese
  • Kings BBQ King of the Beef Rub
  • wagyu tallow
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Preheat Recteq Smokestone or Griddle and cook sausage and bacon.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, and Kings BBQ rub until smooth.
  3. Line a 9x12 pan with parchment paper and coat with wagyu tallow.
  4. Pour mixture into pan and top with crumbled bacon, sausage, and cheese.
  5. Set Recteq 1250 smoker to 350°F and smoke flatbread for 30 minutes.
  6. Let flatbread rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
