Ingredients

- 170g 0% non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- everything bagel seasoning
- coconut oil for kneading surface
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a quarter sheet pan with parchment.
- Whisk together bread flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in Greek yogurt until dough forms.
- Oil counter surface lightly with coconut oil.
- Knead dough gently for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Divide dough into four equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a cylinder and connect ends to form bagels.
- Place bagels on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Whisk egg and brush over bagels.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top.
- Bake for 27 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting.
