Ingredients

  • 1 cup (200 g) cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp dried garlic
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 3 tbsp (50 g) grated cheddar cheese
  • Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp (25 g) albumin or whey protein
  • Sesame seeds for topping

Method

  1. 1

    Blend cottage cheese and eggs with an immersion blender.

  2. 2

    Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  4. 4

    Bake 20 minutes at 375°F (190°C).

  5. 5

    Crack the oven door and let cool inside.
