Ingredients
- 1 cup (200 g) cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp dried garlic
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 3 tbsp (50 g) grated cheddar cheese
- Green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp (25 g) albumin or whey protein
- Sesame seeds for topping
Method
- Blend cottage cheese and eggs with an immersion blender.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a greased baking dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake 20 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
- Crack the oven door and let cool inside.
