Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
- 2 Tbsp Sweetener
- 2 Tbsp Sugar free Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
- Place in a container and freeze for a few hours until it’s ready.
- If it’s been in the freezer a long time, let it sit out to warm up before eating.
- Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small glass and heat for 30 seconds in the microwave, then stir.
- Heat again in the microwave for 15 seconds, stir, and if lumps remain, microwave for another 10 seconds.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the ice cream and enjoy.
