- 2 pcs potatoes (500g)
- 7 oz firm tofu (200g)
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- Plant-based cheese
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
Method
- Squeeze the tofu well to remove excess moisture.
- Mix the squeezed tofu with corn flour and optional seasonings.
- Grate or mash the potatoes and combine with the tofu mixture.
- Add plant-based cheese to the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into toasts.
- Cook the toasts until crispy and golden on the outside.
