- 7 oz firm tofu (200g)
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- Plant-based cheese
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
Method

Squeeze the tofu well to remove excess moisture.

Mix the squeezed tofu with corn flour and optional seasonings.

Grate or mash the potatoes and combine with the tofu mixture.

Add plant-based cheese to the mixture.
