  • 110 g soft butter
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 g flour
  • 25 g cornstarch
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 1 tbsp orange sugar
  • orange zest
  • 30 ml orange juice

Method

  1. Beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually fold in flour and cornstarch until dough is sticky but pipeable.
  3. Fill dough into a piping bag and pipe cookies onto a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 170°C for 12-14 minutes without browning.
  5. Let cookies cool completely.
  6. Beat powdered sugar, orange sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  7. Fill orange cream into a piping bag.
  8. Sandwich cookies in pairs with orange cream.
  9. Chill until cream is firm.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
