11 ingredients- 110 g soft butter
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 g flour
- 25 g cornstarch
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 50 g soft butter
- 1 tbsp orange sugar
- orange zest
- 30 ml orange juice
Method
10 steps- Beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until light and fluffy.
- Gradually fold in flour and cornstarch until dough is sticky but pipeable.
- Fill dough into a piping bag and pipe cookies onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 170°C for 12-14 minutes without browning.
- Let cookies cool completely.
- Beat powdered sugar, orange sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Fill orange cream into a piping bag.
- Sandwich cookies in pairs with orange cream.
- Chill until cream is firm.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
