- 500g pumpkin
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 350g quark
- 140g natural yogurt
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 60g sugar or 2 tbsp honey
- 40g gelatin
Method
- Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces.
- Cook the pumpkin with lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey until soft.
- Mix quark, natural yogurt, vanilla sugar, and sugar or honey.
- Dissolve gelatin in water and stir into the quark mixture.
- Puree the pumpkin mixture and fold it into the quark mixture.
- Fill the mixture into dessert glasses and refrigerate until set.
