- 500 g Hackfleisch
- 2 pieces Eier
- 80 g Reis
- 1 piece Zwiebel
- 2 cloves Knoblauch
- 1 piece Tomate
- 1 piece Paprika
- 2 pieces Möhre
- 1 bunch Petersilie
- 4 tablespoons Tomatensauce
- to taste Salz
- to taste Schwarzer Pfeffer
- to taste Provence Kräuter
- 2 teaspoons Zucker
- to taste Kohl
Method
- Prepare all the ingredients: chop the onion, garlic, tomato, pepper, and carrots.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground meat with the eggs, rice, chopped vegetables, and seasonings.
- Form the mixture into balls or patties.
- In a pan, heat some oil and cook the patties until browned on all sides.
- Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
