  • 500 g Hackfleisch
  • 2 pieces Eier
  • 80 g Reis
  • 1 piece Zwiebel
  • 2 cloves Knoblauch
  • 1 piece Tomate
  • 1 piece Paprika
  • 2 pieces Möhre
  • 1 bunch Petersilie
  • 4 tablespoons Tomatensauce
  • to taste Salz
  • to taste Schwarzer Pfeffer
  • to taste Provence Kräuter
  • 2 teaspoons Zucker
  • to taste Kohl

Method

  1. 1

    Prepare all the ingredients: chop the onion, garlic, tomato, pepper, and carrots.

    In a large bowl, mix the ground meat with the eggs, rice, chopped vegetables, and seasonings.

    Form the mixture into balls or patties.

    In a pan, heat some oil and cook the patties until browned on all sides.

    Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.

    Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
