- 4 pieces bananas
- 1 liter milk
- 50 grams condensed milk
- 250 grams soft cream cheese
- 250 ml cream with 33 % fat content
- 200 grams sugar
- 100 grams cornstarch
- 30 grams butter
- 200 grams shredded coconut
- 13-15 drops food coloring
Method
- Slice the bananas.
- In a bowl, mix milk, condensed milk, and sugar.
- Add the banana slices and stir well.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in some cold milk and add to the mixture.
- Melt the butter and add it as well.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and cool in the refrigerator.
- Before serving, whip the cream and top the dessert.
- Decorate with shredded coconut and food coloring.
