- 430 g dark chocolate
- 360 ml cream 33%
- 250 g mascarpone
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 8 savoiardi
- 100 ml espresso
- cocoa powder
Method
- Melt chocolate.
- Whip cream until stiff.
- Mix mascarpone with powdered sugar.
- Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip savoiardi briefly in espresso.
- Place a layer of soaked savoiardi in a dish.
- Spread a layer of mascarpone cream on top.
- Pour melted chocolate over it.
- Repeat layers.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Chill and let set before serving.
