- 200 g chopped strawberries
- 1 banana
- 200 ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 30 g sugar
- 30 g cornstarch
- 200 ml whipped cream 33 %
- 80 g condensed milk
- 100 g strawberries
Method
- Puree strawberries, banana, and milk until smooth and pass through a sieve.
- Mix egg yolks, sugar, and cornstarch in a pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it cool.
- Add whipped cream, condensed milk, banana, and strawberries.
- Mix everything well and place in a suitable container.
- Freeze the ice cream for 2 hours.
