Ferrero Rocher Dessert Cups

Ferrero Rocher Dessert Cups — Prepare 5 x 175ml / 6 oz cups.
Ingredients
- 75 g chocolate biscuits
- 250 g whipping cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 heaping tbsp Nutella
- 100 g whipping cream (for 3rd layer)
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 30-40 g hazelnuts
- 200 g whipping cream (for 5th layer)
- 1 tbsp sugar (for 5th layer)
- 1 tsp vanilla flavouring
- 5 Ferrero Rocher chocolates (for decoration)
- reserved biscuit crumbs (for decoration)
Method
- 1
Prepare 5 x 175ml / 6 oz cups.

First layer: crush the chocolate biscuits and add 75g into the cups.

Second layer: whisk together 250g of whipping cream, 1 tbsp of sugar, and 1 heaping tbsp of Nutella and layer it on top of the biscuits.

Third layer: whisk together 100g of whipping cream and 100g of milk chocolate, then add it as the next layer.

Fourth layer: sprinkle 30-40g of hazelnuts on top.

Fifth layer: whisk together 200g of whipping cream, 1 tbsp of sugar, and vanilla flavouring, then layer this on top.

Decorate with reserved biscuit crumbs and place 5 Ferrero Rocher chocolates on top.
