- 120 g Butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 280–300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- chocolate cream
- ground hazelnuts
Method
- Knead butter, salt, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, and egg into a dough.
- Gradually add flour and baking powder.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
- Cut out circles with a diameter of 5 cm.
- Cut out the center of half of the circles.
- Press a pattern into the cookies with a tongs.
- Bake the cookies at 170 °C for about 15 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool and sort them in pairs.
- Spread chocolate cream on one half.
- Cover with the cookie with a hole.
- Spread the edge with chocolate cream and roll in ground hazelnuts.
