- 1 cup (200 g) dry red lentils
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh water
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- Onion powder to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Turmeric to taste
- 1-2 Tbsp oil
Method

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Combine lentils, water, garlic, salt, onion powder, paprika, and turmeric.

Bake the mixture for 20 minutes.

Cut the baked mixture into squares.

Drizzle the squares with oil.

Bake for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
