Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 60ml milk
- 1tbsp white sugar
- 1/4tsp ground cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 2 slices of bread
- 1tbsp unsalted butter
Method
- Mix well the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut off the crusts of the bread if desired.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices, flipping to cover both sides.
- Shape the bread with spatulas if needed.
- Place the soaked bread in a frying pan over medium-low heat with butter.
- Fry the sides until golden brown.
