Ingredients
- 750g potatoes
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 30-40g parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp corn starch or potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 40g bread crumbs
- 2.5 tbsp milk
- 40g cheddar cheese
- 5g butter
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
Method
- Peel and cut potatoes into wedges.
- Soak potatoes in hot water with 1 tbsp salt for 20 minutes.
- Drain and dry potatoes with paper towel.
- Put potatoes in a plastic bag.
- Add olive oil, parmesan, starch, oregano, red pepper powder, salt, and minced garlic to the bag.
- Shake the bag to coat potatoes evenly.
- Add bread crumbs and shake gently.
- Place potatoes on parchment or silicone paper.
- Bake at 365°F (185°C) for 40-50 minutes.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
- For cheese sauce, melt cheddar, butter, and milk in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Mix in sriracha sauce.
- Serve potatoes with cheese sauce.
