- 200 g of walnuts (toasted and chopped)
- 70 g of sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 2–3 tablespoons of apricot jam
- 150 g of melted butter
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 8 g of vanilla sugar
- 100 g of yogurt
- 320–360 g of flour
- 10 g of baking powder
Method
- Prepare the filling by mixing chopped walnuts, sugar, and egg whites, then add the apricot jam.
- Prepare the dough by mixing melted butter, powdered sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, yogurt, flour, and baking powder until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- Roll out the dough into a pan.
- Spread the filling over the dough.
- Bake in the oven until the biscuit is golden.
