- 500 g cauliflower
- 1 large egg
- to taste paprika mix
- to taste salt
- to taste turmeric
- to taste dried garlic
- to taste dried onions
- 6 tablespoons oats
- 60 g Parmesan
- 50-70 g bacon
- to taste butter
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons cooking cream
- 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 70 g Emmental cheese
- to taste dried garlic
- to taste salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into florets.
- Boil the florets in salted water for 5 minutes until soft, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix the egg, paprika mix, salt, turmeric, dried garlic, and onions together.
- Add the oats, Parmesan, bacon, onion, garlic cloves, and mushrooms, and mix everything well.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the mixture and mix them carefully.
- Place the mixture on a baking sheet and shape it as desired.
- Bake the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
