Ingredients
- 90 g oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- salt
- 50 g peanut butter
- 200 g dates
- 1-2 tbsp plant-based milk
- Roasted salted peanuts – 60 g
- Dark chocolate for decoration
Method
- Mix the oats, cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt into a dough.
- Add the peanut butter and spread the mixture as a base in a mold.
- For the caramel layer, blend the dates with peanut butter and plant-based milk into a creamy mixture.
- Spread the caramel mixture over the base and smooth it out.
- Distribute the roasted peanuts evenly over the caramel layer.
- Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the nuts.
- Let everything set in the refrigerator before cutting the Snickers into pieces.
