- 120 g oats
- 150 ml water
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 apple
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 20 g butter
- 40 g raisins
- 30 g walnuts
- ⅔ tbsp baking powder
- Honey to taste
- Sliced almonds to taste
Method
- Mix the oats with water, yogurt, eggs, salt, baking powder, honey, and sliced almonds.
- Add the sliced bananas, diced apple, raisins, and walnuts.
- Distribute the mixture into a baking pan.
- Bake the cake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
