Ingredients

  • 120 g oats
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 40 g raisins
  • 30 g walnuts
  • ⅔ tbsp baking powder
  • Honey to taste
  • Sliced almonds to taste

Method

  1. Mix the oats with water, yogurt, eggs, salt, baking powder, honey, and sliced almonds.
  2. Add the sliced bananas, diced apple, raisins, and walnuts.
  3. Distribute the mixture into a baking pan.
  4. Bake the cake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
