- 100 g oats
- 1 piece banana
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 40 g almonds
- 20 g butter or coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 piece egg
- 300 g ricotta
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 10 g shredded coconut
- 200 g frozen blueberries
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- to taste stevia
- 40 g oats (for topping)
- 40 g walnuts (for topping)
- 10 g shredded coconut (for topping)
- 20 g butter or coconut oil (for topping)
Method
- Mix all ingredients for the oat dough.
- Press the dough into a springform pan.
- Mix the cheese filling and pour it over the dough.
- Prepare the blueberry filling and distribute it over the cheese filling.
- Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle them over the filling.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
