Lucky Mushrooms

Ingredients

• 120 g sugar
• 40 g cocoa powder
• 200 ml milk
• 60 g butter
• 1 vanilla
• 1 orange (zest & juice)
• 300 g cookies (butter cookies)
• 30 g cashews (or walnuts)
• 400 g white chocolate ((300g stems + 100g caps))
• 30 ml vegetable oil ((20ml + 10ml))
• coconut flakes
• red food coloring (fat-soluble)

Method

1. Boil sugar, cocoa powder, and milk in a pot.
2. Add butter, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice.
3. Crumble the cookies and add them along with the nuts to the mixture.
4. Let the mixture cool and then shape it.
5. Melt the white chocolate and mix the molds with 20ml vegetable oil.
6. Decorate the mushroom caps and add the remaining white chocolate on top.
7. Decorate with coconut flakes and red coloring.
