- 2 eggs
- 14 oz (400 g) Greek yogurt
- salt to taste
- 2 cups (200 g) almond flour
- 2 tsp (10 g) baking powder
- vegetable oil for greasing
- sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil.
- In a bowl, mix 2 eggs and 14 oz Greek yogurt.
- Add salt to taste.
- Gradually add 2 cups almond flour and 2 tsp baking powder, mixing until combined.
- Place the dough in the greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
