Method
- Puree the pineapple.
- Mix egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch.
- Heat the mixture with pineapple puree and lemon juice while stirring.
- Add condensed milk and cook until the cream thickens.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the cream.
- Slice the banana.
- Layer Savoiardi biscuits, cream, and banana slices in glasses.
