- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 g sugar
- 20 ml vegetable oil
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
- 100 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 g canned pineapple
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 30 g cornstarch
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 80 g condensed milk
- 100 ml whipped cream
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Method
- Beat eggs, salt, and sugar.
- Add vegetable oil, orange zest, and juice, and mix.
- Fold in flour and baking powder.
- Grease baking pan with butter.
- Bake the dough for 20-25 minutes at 180 °C.
- Drain pineapple and chop finely.
- Mix egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and cornstarch, and cook stirring until thick.
- Add pineapple juice and lemon juice and let cool.
- Beat condensed milk until thick.
- Fold in whipped cream gradually.
- Cut dessert in half, decorate with powdered sugar.
- Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
