- Juice of 5 lemons
- 180 g condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 20 g cornstarch
- 1 lemon
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 150 ml heavy cream
Method
- Squeeze the juice of 4 lemons.
- Mix condensed milk, egg yolks, and cornstarch in a pot.
- Heat while stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Add the juice of 1 lemon and 30 ml lemon juice.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff.
- Fold the whipped cream gradually into the lemon mixture.
- Fill the mixture into waffle cones or containers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
