- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup (230 g) Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- Mash the avocado with a fork.
- Add the Greek yogurt, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Finely chop the eggs and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add the tuna, dill, lime juice, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Combine the Greek yogurt, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Let stand for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve with bread, crackers, vegetables, or sandwiches.
