Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs brussels sprout
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbs honey
Method
- Wash the brussels sprouts thoroughly and dry completely with a towel.
- Trim a small part from the bottom of each brussels sprout and cut in half.
- Transfer the cut brussels sprouts to a large mixing bowl.
- Add 2 Tbs olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper to the bowl.
- Mix well with hands to evenly coat all sprouts.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Arrange the brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down.
- Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and crispy around the edges.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar and 1 Tbs honey, mixing well.
- Remove the roasted brussels sprouts from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Pour the honey balsamic mixture over the roasted sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
