Kale Chips in Air Fryer

- a few kale leaves
- olive oil
- sea salt or Himalayan salt to taste
Method
- Harvest a few kale leaves from the greens patch.
- Strip the leaf off of the stems by running your hand down the stem.
- Optional: rinse and wash the kale leaves, then pat or spin to remove excess water.
- Tear the kale leaves into smaller sections about 3 to 4 inches in size.
- Add olive oil and sea salt to the kale leaves.
- Massage the mixture into the kale, squeezing tightly to soften and work in the ingredients.
- Place the massaged kale leaves into the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 380°F and cook for 10 minutes without shaking.
- Remove the kale chips from the air fryer once done.
- Pick out any damp chips and enjoy.
