- 150 g ricotta
- 50 g mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and black pepper (for the sauce)
- 1-2 garlic cloves (for the sauce)

Method
- Prepare onions, potatoes, carrot, bell pepper, tomatoes, and garlic cloves.
- Finely chop onions and garlic.
- Grate potatoes and carrot.
- Dice bell pepper and tomatoes.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and parsley.
- Fill the mixture into muffin molds.
- Bake in the oven at medium heat until the muffins are golden brown.
- For the sauce: Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, and dill.
- Serve the potato muffins with the sauce.
