- 4 pieces potatoes
- 4 pieces wooden skewers
- 100 ml cream
- 2 pieces chicken fillets
- 5 pieces mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 piece onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- butter
- 40 g parmesan cheese
- nutmeg
- fresh dill
Method
- Cut the potatoes into slices.
- Mix the olive oil-based sauce with garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat the potatoes with the sauce.
- Place the chicken fillets between the potato slices.
- Cover everything with aluminum foil and damp parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 60 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce with mushrooms, onion, cream, and spices, and serve it alongside.
