- 3 Eggs
- 50g Sugar
- 200g Flour
- 40g Cocoa
- 600ml Milk
- 30ml Vegetable Oil
- 200g Frozen Cherries
- 60g Sugar
- 20g Cornstarch
- 500g Cream Cheese (Ricotta)
- 10g Vanillin
- 60g Powdered Sugar
- 200ml Cream
Method
- Beat eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Mix flour and cocoa and fold into the egg mixture.
- Add milk and vegetable oil and mix.
- Pour the batter into a mold and place in the refrigerator.
- Heat cherries with sugar and cornstarch and cook down to a jam.
- Mix cream cheese, vanillin, and powdered sugar.
- Whip cream until stiff and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cake with jam and cream.
- Chill the cake until serving.
