Ingredients
- 1 packet instant ramen noodles
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp red pepper paste (optional)
- 1 fried egg (for topping)
- green onions (for topping)
- sesame seeds (for topping)
Method
- Boil water for noodles.
- Mix chicken stock powder, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, oil, and red pepper paste to make seasoning sauce.
- Cook ramen noodles in boiling water until 80% done.
- Drain most water, leaving 2-3 tbsp in pan.
- On low flame, mix seasoning sauce into noodles thoroughly.
- Add 1-2 tbsp water if noodles become too dry and continue mixing.
- Fry an egg with oil in the same pan.
- Serve noodles in a bowl and top with fried egg, green onions, and sesame seeds.
