- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 130 g sugar
- 60 g flour
- 35 g cocoa
- 2 g baking powder
- 100 g nuts
- 40 g cocoa
- 40 g sugar
- 180 g butter
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g chocolate
- 10 g vegetable oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
- Beat the eggs with salt and 130 g sugar until frothy.
- Mix flour, 35 g cocoa, and baking powder and fold into the egg mixture.
- Add the nuts and mix everything well.
- Melt butter and mix it with milk, 40 g cocoa, 40 g sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the batter mixture and stir everything.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan.
- Bake the cake for 30–35 minutes at 170 °C.
- Melt the chocolate with vegetable oil for the glaze.
- Spread the glaze on the cooled cake.
