- 300 g walnuts
- 20 g cornstarch

- 1 pinch salt
- 10 g vanilla
- 140 g powdered sugar
- 150 g butter
- 130 g milk chocolate
- 100 ml cream (33 %)
- to taste pistachios (for decoration)
Method
- Bake in a 23 cm pan in the preheated oven at 175 °C for 15 minutes.
- Chill for 2–3 hours.
- Decorate with cream and pistachios.
