- 2.5 lb pork loin
- lemon pepper
- oregano
- parsley
- garlic powder
- chicken bouillon
- 2 medium-sized potatoes
- white onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Method
- Cut open the pork loin and marinate with lemon pepper.
- Rub oregano and parsley all over the pork loin.
- Add garlic powder in between sections of the pork.
- Sprinkle chicken bouillon on the pork.
- Slice the potatoes and white onion, and place them inside the pork loin.
- Use string to tie the pork loin together to keep the potatoes and onion in place.
- Mix olive oil, lime juice, and honey to create a glaze.
- Brush the glaze all over the pork loin.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 15 minutes.
- Lower the heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove strings after cooking and serve with gravy.
