- 100 g butter
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 egg
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 2 g baking powder
- 200 g flour
- 150 g ground roasted almond
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp peach jam
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix butter, powdered sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla sugar.
- Add baking powder, flour, ground almonds, and cinnamon; mix well.
- Form dough into desired shapes.
- Place dough on baking tray and add peach jam on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
