- 3 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 8 g vanilla sugar (1 tbsp)
- 120 g sugar (1/2 cup)
- lemon zest
- 100 g oil (1/2 cup)
- 4 g baking powder (1 tsp)
- 380 g flour (3 cups and 2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp cacao
- chocolate
- walnut
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix eggs with salt, vanilla sugar, and sugar.
- Add lemon zest and oil, mix well.
- Combine baking powder with flour and add to mixture.
- Separate 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp cacao for later use.
- Pour batter into baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Add chocolate and walnut as desired.
