- 200 g milk chocolate
- 200 g peanuts
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 300 g mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- green food coloring
- 200 ml water
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Method
- Prepare mascarpone cream by whipping cream, mascarpone, granulated sugar, and green food coloring until smooth.
- Make syrup by dissolving granulated sugar in water over heat and let cool.
- Cut Pandoro into slices for the base layers.
- Soak Pandoro slices lightly with syrup.
- Melt milk chocolate and mix with peanuts for filling.
- Layer Pandoro slices with mascarpone cream and chocolate-peanut filling alternately.
- Top the cake with cherries in syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
- Chill the cake until set before serving.
