- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Method

Prepare mascarpone cream by whipping cream, mascarpone, granulated sugar, and green food coloring until smooth.

Make syrup by dissolving granulated sugar in water over heat and let cool.

Cut Pandoro into slices for the base layers.

Soak Pandoro slices lightly with syrup.

Melt milk chocolate and mix with peanuts for filling.
